1. Sandbox Platform

MineStarter, as presented here, is a demo platform. All investments, blockchain records, gold output figures and returns are simulated. No real funds, securities, or commodities are transacted. See Legal Notices for the full not-an-offer statement.

2. Eligibility

Use of the sandbox demo does not require identity verification. A production deployment of MineStarter would require KYC/AML checks and jurisdiction-appropriate investor eligibility screening before real capital could be committed — see Signup's KYC/AML prompt for how that step is represented here.

3. Account Registration

Signup collects a name, email, password and country for demo purposes only. You may create as many demo accounts as you like; no verification of the information provided occurs.

4. Simulated Investments

Any amount entered through the "Invest Now" flow is a simulated figure stored locally to your browser session. No payment method is charged, and no funds leave or enter any account, real or otherwise.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. Mock project data, funding goals and expected returns are illustrative only and should not inform any real financial decision.

6. Admin Console Access

The Admin Console is a demonstration of an internal operations tool, gated by a demo password for illustrative purposes only. It does not reflect real operational data or real administrative authority over any account.

7. Acceptable Use

This sandbox is provided for evaluation and demonstration purposes. You agree not to use it to misrepresent it as a live financial product to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The MineStarter name, logo and platform design are part of the PRC Group ecosystem and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

As a demo build, these terms may be updated at any time without notice to reflect changes to the sandbox itself.
